LG has at the Mobile World Congress 2016 its new Android
smartphone G5 presented. The G5 has upper-class hardware and with its
interchangeable battery system an innovative feature: The bottom of the G5 can
be removed and the battery to be removed or changed; in addition, different
accessories modules so affixed.
Thus, the G5 can for example extend to a camera grip. This
changed the basic configuration of two-lens of main camera, but offers
increased battery nominal charge, a sturdy handle and dedicated controls for
the camera. The G5 has on the back two lenses: one for shooting at an angle of
78 degrees and a 16-megapixel sensor and a second with 8 megapixels and a
shooting angle of 135 degrees.

The user can use the camera grip between the two lenses
almost continuously round off with a zoom wheel. Additional controls on the
camera handle includes a trigger, a record button for movie recording and a
switch to start the camera directly.
The image quality is very good at first glance - but we could
not take a closer look at the images. The front camera has a resolution of 8
megapixels and is expected to hold great promise for corresponding
self-portraits.
